1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and 77laro ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), governing your access to and use of the 77laro online casino platform, including the website located at 77laro.cam and all associated services, games, software, and features (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or participating in any gameplay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion database, banned from gambling by any regulatory authority, or otherwise legally prohibited from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Use of false information, aliases, or proxy registration violates these Terms.
• You must maintain only one (1) account with 77laro. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or attempts to circumvent account restrictions through creation of additional accounts will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77laro, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or game providers.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Registration requires submission of personal information through the 77laro account creation interface. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Service is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 77laro reserves the right to verify the accuracy of submitted information through documentation requests, third-party verification services, or other reasonable means.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify 77laro of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. 77laro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or your failure to notify us of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Restrictions

77laro reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, collusion with other players, use of prohibited software or automated systems, chargebacks or payment disputes, provision of false information, or behavior deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Service or other players.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

To participate in real-money gaming, you must fund your 77laro account through approved payment methods displayed in your account dashboard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other partner banks, and such additional methods as 77laro may implement from time to time.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your 77laro account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or financing of terrorism. You agree to provide documentation verifying the source of funds upon request. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the deposit interface. Processing times vary by payment method. 77laro does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment processors may impose their own fees.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time through the withdrawal interface in your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements are approved by 77laro. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the withdrawal interface.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing withdrawal requests, 77laro reserves the right to require identity verification, address verification, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. You agree to provide requested documents within seven (7) days of the request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. Verification requirements comply with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations.

5.3 Processing Times

Subject to successful verification, withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5-15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may require 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. 77laro reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews that may delay processing.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if: your account has not completed identity verification; you have active bonus requirements that have not been fulfilled; suspicious activity or fraud is detected; you have pending disputes or chargebacks; or applicable wagering requirements have not been met. 77laro reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected Terms violations.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All games offered on the 77laro platform utilize Random Number Generation (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. You agree to play all games fairly and in accordance with their published rules. Use of exploits, bugs, or errors to gain unfair advantage violates these Terms and will result in forfeiture of winnings and account termination.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to play games or manipulate outcomes
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage or manipulate game results
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or false documentation
• Abusive, harassing, or offensive behavior toward other players or 77laro staff
• Money laundering or use of the Service to transfer funds between accounts
• Use of VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code of the Service

7. Bonuses and Promotions

77laro may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration periods, and withdrawal restrictions. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies, or creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will result in bonus forfeiture, confiscation of associated winnings, and account termination.

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. 77laro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. By participating in bonuses and promotions, you agree to abide by all applicable bonus terms and accept that failure to meet bonus requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, game content, audiovisual elements, text, databases, and source code, are owned by or licensed to 77laro. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Service except as necessary for normal use of the Service for personal entertainment. Unauthorized use of 77laro intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77laro, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (d) any other matter relating to the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall 77laro's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you have paid to 77laro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 77laro and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 77laro may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by 77laro of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by 77laro to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without 77laro's prior written consent. 77laro may assign or transfer these Terms and any rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction or your prior consent.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms applicable to bonuses or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77laro regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
